Marvel Studios’ Black Widow is currently filming and some new set photos might’ve finally revealed Florence Pugh’s role in the movie.
Earlier today, a new video showed Black Widow’s first solo movie filming in Budapest, Hungary. Crates with models of Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh have now been spoted on the set of the movie, with one of them labeled as “Yelena.” This suggests that Pugh is playing Yelena Belova, the second character to take on the mantle of Black Widow.

Florence Pugh joined the Black Widow cast after drawing strong reviews for her role in Fighting With my Family. In addition to Fighting with my Family, Florence Pugh is also known for her work in Outlaw King and The Little Drummer Girl. She has a few more films coming up in 2019, including the A24 horror flick Midsommar and the film adaption of the novel Little Women.
Fans have enjoyed seeing Scarlett Johanson’s Black Widow since her first appearance in Iron Man 2. After her unfortunate end in Avengers: Endgame, fans will get the chance to explore the character before the events of Iron Man 2 and see the background of Black Widow in her own standalone film.

The Black Widow film is expected to feature events before the character’s debut in Iron Man 2. The standalone film has the opportunity to explore the widow program, which would reveal the origin of Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow and how she became the formidable assassin she is today. In the comics, Natasha Romanoff was trained by The Winter Soldier, Bucky Barnes, who is played by Sebastian Stan in the films.
Directed by By Cate Shortland from a script written by Ned Benson and Jac Schaeffer, Black Widow stars Scarlett Johansson, David Harbour, Florence Pugh and O-T Fagbenle. The Favourite star Rachel Weisz is reportedly circling a “key role” in the film.

The Avengers Suit Up In New ‘Endgame’ International Character Posters
Marvel Thailand has released a batch of official character posters for Avengers: Endgame.
The new posters feature Iron Man, Captain America and the rest of the remaining members of the Avengers, as well as Captain Marvel and Guardians of the Galaxy characters Nebula and Rocket Raccoon. The heroes can be seen suited up and ready for their next battle against the Mad Titan Thanos.

Endgame will serve as both a follow up to Avengers: Infinity War as well as the conclusion to the 22 films that came before it which has now been dubbed as the Infinity Saga by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige before the studio kicks off Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe with Spider-Man: Far From Home in July.
While plot details still remain under wraps, Earth's Mightiest Heroes are expected to team up with Brie Larson's Captain Marvel and utilize the Quantum Realm in their efforts to undo the decimation from Thanos' snap and bring back half of the universe's population which was turned to dust by the Mad Titan.
