This is happening. A West Side Story remake from the living legend Steven Spielberg has been on the table for quite a while now, but it was one of those things that I was convinced would actually never make it to the big screen. With Spielberg’s last eventual projects seemingly on the horizon, I wasn’t convinced he would want to actually remake a musical classic like this.
