Technology has come a long way in the decades since The Dark Crystal film hit theaters. Puppets are no longer the main way to bring fantastical creatures to life, and for a while, it seemed like that era was officially over. While we haven’t seen a grand return to the style (yet), The Jim Henson Company has been working hard to give new life to the aforementioned old brand.
