The opening minutes of Aquaman offer viewers a glimpse at the early life of Arthur Curry and his family before Queen Atlanna is forced to return to Atlantis, where she is believed to have been executed for falling in love and having a child with a human. Before she ultimately decides to return to Atlantis, Queen Atlanna fends of the armed soldiers from Atlantis who arrive at the Curry family home to return her to the underwater kingdom.

Just before the showdown begins, Queen Atlanna is recounting the legend of the Trident to a young Arthur Curry, who is portrayed by an actor with relatively short hair. However, as soon as the armed soldiers arrive and Queen Atlanna hands Arthur Curry to his father, the young boy’s hair has become noticeably longer, clearly indicating a stunt child was used for the shot in question.

You can watch the Aquaman scene in the post below to see the error for yourself!
